Welcome to STM Travel. By booking any of our tours, excursions, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings made via WhatsApp or our website are subject to availability.
• Prices are quoted in USD/EUR/EGP and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your spot, depending on the tour type (e.g., Liveaboards require deposits).

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Standard Tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable.
• Liveaboard Safaris: Specific cancellation policies apply to boat charters; please refer to your booking contract.
• In the event of weather conditions preventing a sea trip, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Health & Safety

• Participants must be in good health for physical activities like diving or desert safaris.
• Diving activities require a medical self-declaration. PADI courses require adherence to PADI safety standards.
• STM Travel is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow guide instructions or safety protocols.

4. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest level of safety and service, STM Travel acts as an agent for various transport and activity providers. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the tour unless caused by our direct negligence.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Hurghada.
